Regulations on Establishment, Maintenance and Recognition of Institutions:

(c) in order to protect the interests of students in case of surrender or withdrawal of the
status, as the case may be, shall take effect only after the last batch of students on
the rolls of the institution deemed to be University or its constituent units, has been
accorded opportunity to qualify for the completion of the programme of study and
award of degree.
