Mr. P K Thakur is Financial Advisor, UGC. He is a 1992 batch officer of the Indian Post & Telecom Accounts & Finance Service (IP & TAFS), Group “A” and is presently in the Senior Grade Officer (SAG) of Government of India.

He has held various positions of Finance in the organizations of Department of Telecom and earlier served from 2006-2011 as Director in the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Govt. of India on deputation under the Central Staffing Scheme.
