Regulations pertaining to Student’s Grievance Redressal, Promotion of Equity, Anti-Ragging Measures, and
Prevention of Sexual Harassment etc.:

6. APPEAL
Subject to provisions made by higher educational institutions, any person aggrieved by
an order made by the Anti Discrimination Officer may prefer an appeal against such order
within a period of ninety days from the date of the order to the Head of the higher educational
institution.
Provided that the Head of the higher educational institution may entertain an appeal after
the expiry of the said period of ninety days, if he is satisfied that the appellant had sufficient
cause for not preferring the appeal within the said period of ninety days.
