APPENDIX-III - TABLE IX MINIMUM ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND SERVICE
REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTION OF LIBRARIAN CADRES IN UNIVERSITIES
AND COLLEGES

(Selection Grade) College Librarian years. In Colleges, an exemption of one publication
to Deputy (Selection Grade) with will be given to M. Phil holders and two publications to Ph.
Librarian / College three years of completed D. Holders.
