Regulations pertaining to Admission and Fee Structure:

6. After the admission process is over, all Institutions shall submit to the Competent Authority
the list of students admitted, along with their ranks obtained in the Common Entrance
Examination by the students, the fees collected and all such particulars and details as may be
required by the Competent Authority.

7. Penalty
If it is found that any student has been admitted de hors merit, penalty shall be imposed
on that Institution as per the provisions contained in the UGC Act and in appropriate cases
recognition / affiliation may also be withdrawn.
