                         Maulana Azad Medical College,  New
                         Delhi.     He      has     made     original
                         contributions     in     the     field of liver
                        diseases     in    India,  with reference to
                         molecular   diagnosis  of  viral  hepatitis
and the role of newer hepatotrophic viruses.

                        of  Technology,  Chennai. He has made
                        significant  contributions  in  the  area of
                        Surface   Acoustic  Wave  Theory  and
                        Applications,                Communication
Networks, Fibre Optic Communications and Optical Signal Processing. He has worked towards building a cost-effective network. His work includes an in-depth look at Wireless Access Networks and DSL (Digital Subscriber Loop) access networks as well as V5.2 interface and Internet bypass in the access network.
