Regulations pertaining to Credits, Academic Programmes and Award of Degrees:

10. Power to remove difficulty:-
10.1. If any difficulty arises in implementation or in giving effect to the provisions of
these Regulations, the Commission may by an order published in the official gazette
make provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the UGC Act, 1956 or these
Regulations, as may appeared to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
Provided that no order under this provision shall be made by the Commission after the
expiry of a period of two years from the date of coming into force of these Regulations.
