Regulations pertaining to Credits, Academic Programmes and Award of Degrees:

b) The commission shall have the power to issue clarifications to remove any doubt,
difficulty or anomaly which may arise in regard to the implementation of these
regulations.
c) Any dispute arising in relation to collaborative arrangement between Indian
Educational Institution(s) and Foreign Educational Institution(s) shall be governed
by the Indian law.
