There are 116 Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centers (MMTTCs) including 66 erstwhile Human Resource Development Centres ( HRDCs) . As part of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training programme (MMTTP) https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/, these Centres are conducting capacity building programmes for faculty members in Higher Education Institutions. These programmes include NEP Orientation and Sensitization programme , Faculty Induction Programme (FIP)/ Guru Dakshta), Refresher Courses, Faculty Development Programme (FDP)/Short Term programmes etc. MMTTCs are also conducting training programmes for non-teaching staff in the areas viz : Psychology in Workflow, Technology in Workflow, Higher Education Ecosystem, Academics, Establishment, Finance and Project Management.
UGC coordinates with all the MMTTCs for effective implementation of the scheme and provides financial assistance towards conducting these programmes.
