The Receipt and Issue Section is responsible for the efficient management of official correspondence and communications received from Universities, Colleges, the Ministry of Education, and other Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.
The Section receives, records, processes, and distributes incoming communications to the concerned Sections or Divisions of the UGC for appropriate action. It also facilitates the timely dispatch of official communications from the UGC to the concerned institutions, offices, and authorities.
The Section plays an important role in ensuring the systematic handling, timely distribution, and smooth flow of official correspondence within the UGC Main Office.
