UGC has notified University Grants Commission (Credit Framework for Online Learning Courses through Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) Regulations, 2021, which has enabled an institution to allow upto 40% (orty per cent.) of the total courses being offered in a particular programme in a semester through the online learning courses offered through the SWAYAM Platform (www.swayam.gov.in). About 2 lakh students from last 2 years (2021-22) have benefited from Credit Transfer for SWAYAM Courses.
